Changes to Transpennine Express services
From 23 40 to 04 40 Monday 3 February to Friday 7 February 2003

Engineering work will be taking place between Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Aiport. As a result of this work Transpennine Express services to and from Manchester Airport will start and terminate at Manchester Piccadilly.

Eastbound timetable

Manchester Airport to York - Middlesbrough
Manchester Airport to Sheffield

Overnight Transpennine Express services will start from Manchester Piccadilly slightly later than normal. Connecting bus services will be provided from Manchester Airport to Manchester Piccadilly leaving at the normal time.

The 04 10 Manchester to Hull service will depart Manchester Piccadilly at the advertised time.

The bus service from Manchester Airport will run non-stop to Sheffield. Passengers for Manchester Piccadilly to travel by alternative services from Manchester Airport.

Changes to services between Doncaster/Leeds/York - Hull
Sundays 9 and 16 February 2003 Until 15 00

On the above dates Network Rail will be carrying out engineering work between Brough and Ferriby until 15 00. As a result the following changes will apply.

Sheffield - Doncaster - Hull


Sheffield/Doncaster to Hull
Train services will terminate at Goole. A connecting bus service will be provided from Goole to Hull calling at all the stations the train usually stops at. A further bus service will be provided from Doncaster non-stop to Hull departing Doncaster at the normal time.
The Sheffield to Goole local service will run as advertised.

Hull to Doncaster/Sheffield
Train services will start from Goole at the normal time. A connecting bus service will be provided from Hull to Goole departing EARLIER than normal and calling at all the stations the train usually stops at.
A further bus service will be provided departing Hull at the normal time and will run non-stop to Doncaster. Passengers to travel forward on the next available service.

Manchester Piccadilly/Leeds - Hull

Manchester Piccadilly/Leeds to Hull

Train services will terminate at Selby.
A connecting bus service will be provided to Hull calling at Brough.

Hull to Leeds/Manchester Piccadilly
Train services will start from Selby at the normal time.
A connecting bus service will be provided from Hull to Selby, calling at Brough, departing EARLIER than normal.

York - Selby - Hull

York to Hull
Train services will terminate at Selby.
A connecting bus service will be provided to Hull calling at Brough.

Hull to York
Train services will start from Selby at the normal time.
A connecting bus service will be provided from Hull to Selby, calling at Brough, departing EARLIER than normal.

Changes between Leeds and Huddersfield and also between Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Airport
Until 09.45 Sunday 9 February 2003

On the above dates Network Rail will be carrying out engineering work between Leeds and Huddersfield and also between Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Airport. Alternative bus services will be provided.
As a result the following changes will apply.

TRANSPENNINE EXPRESS SERVICES

Eastbound

Train services will be diverted between Huddersfield and Leeds and will not call at Dewsbury.
For those services advertised to call at Dewsbury and an additional bus service will be provided from Huddersfield to Leeds, calling at Dewsbury. Passengers should then travel forward on the next available service from Leeds.

For those services advertised to call at Dewsbury an additional bus service will be provided from Leeds to Huddersfield, calling at Dewsbury. Passengers should then travel forward on the next available service from Huddersfield.

Local services between Leeds and Huddersfield will be replaced by a bus service departing Leeds and Huddersfield at the normal time.

Changes between Middlesbrough and Whitby
Tuesday 18 to Thursday 20 February 2003

Train service withdrawn
Engineering work will be taking place between Middlesbrough and Whitby on the above dates. As a result of this work buses will replace trains between Middlesbrough and Whitby.

A non-stop bus replacement service will be provided between Middlesbrough and Whitby departing Middlesbrough and Whitby at
the normal times.

Buses will not stop at intermediate stations.
Passengers travelling to and from intermediate stations are requested to ring Arriva Trains Northern Customer Services on 0870 602 3322 who
will provide alternative transport.

Changes between York and Blackpool North
Sunday 23 February 2003


Engineering work will be taking place between Hebden Bridge and Blackburn.
As a result of this work train services will start and end at Hebden Bridge with a replacement bus service being provided between Hebden Bridge and Blackpool North as follows:

York to Blackpool North
Train services will end at Hebden Bridge. A connecting replacement bus service will be provided to Blackpool North calling at all the stations the train usually calls at except that passengers for Poulton-le- Fylde should change at Preston and join a local First North Western train service.

A bus replacement service will be provided from Blackpool North departing EARLIER than normal, calling at all the stations the train usually calls at except that passengers from Poulton-le-Fylde should travel by a local First North Western service to Preston and change into the bus service.
