Customer Relations:
You can contact the Customer Relations department from 6am to 11pm Mondays to Saturdays, and from 7am to 10pm on Sundays 0870 602 3322

Where to buy your ticket:
There are several ways to buy your ticket - from staff at stations, from travel centres, from Quickfare ticket machines, from some travel agents or over the phone. If your journey starts at a station where there are no staff, you can buy your ticket from the conductor on the train. For more details call the National Rail Enquiries.
 

Special Notices:
Bank holiday services
We normally provide a full service on all bank holidays except over Christmas and New Year.

Engineering work
Occasionally, services are affected by track maintenance work. We always provide other transport if this happens.
